At 19 Swimwear, we want your shopping experience to feel as effortless as a sunny day by the ocean. That’s why we offer returns for store credit only — think of it as a little treat for your next bikini crush! ✨

We don’t issue refunds to your original payment method, but trust us — you’ll find something else you’ll absolutely love.

Domestic Returns (U.S. & Puerto Rico)

To start a return, please email us at info@19swimwear.com to request your return label and instructions.

Once you receive your label:

  1. Pack your items securely in their original condition and packaging.

  2. Drop your package off at your nearest USPS location. 📦💌

  3. After we receive your return, we’ll issue your Store Credit in the form of a coupon code sent straight to your inbox (check spam or promotions just in case!).

Store credit is typically processed within 24–48 hours of receiving your package. 💳

 

Return Rules

To keep everything fresh and fabulous, please make sure your items meet these conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags and hygiene liners attached.

  • Bottoms must be tried on over underwear for hygienic reasons — any item showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

  • Please double-check before sending your package — items with makeup, deodorant, or any stains will be denied.

  • If you’re returning your entire order, please include the original reusable bags your suits came in. Missing bags will result in a $2.50 deduction per bag from your store credit. 🌺

Care Instructions

  1. Hand wash your swimwear right after use, ideally in the shower with mild soap.

  2. Hang dry indoors — avoid direct sunlight to preserve color and elasticity.

  3. Avoid washing machines, as the spin cycle and friction can damage delicate fibers and hardware. If you must, use cold water and no spin.

  4. When washing in a sink, make sure it’s free of bleach or harsh cleaners — they can stain and weaken your swimsuit.

  5. Our suits are chlorine-resistant, but be mindful: some public pools use strong chemicals that can affect the color over time.

  6. Swimwear doesn’t come with a warranty against wear and tear, so please care for your pieces with love — they’ll love you back just as long. 💖
